Paris, Tenn.—The world-famous Budweiser Clydesdales have arrived at the World’s Biggest Fish Fry a day early, meaning the public will have one more day to view them.
Budweiser arrived with the Clydesdales to the Henry County Fairgrounds Monday morning and by mid-afternoon were still fixing up the stalls in the livestock barn for the famed horses.
Fish Fry Board Member Monte Starks told WENK/WTPR that the Clydesdales will be ready for public viewing at the livestock barn after noon on Tuesday and all day Wednesday. The Clydesdales will be gone for awhile Thursday morning and then will be available for public viewing again Thursday afternoon.
The Clydesdales then will be a featured attraction in the Grand Parade, which begins at 10 a.m. Friday along East Wood Street. The Clydesdales will then be back in the livestock barn after the parade and all day Saturday.
The Clydesdales will also participate in the IPRA Rodeo Saturday night at the fairgrounds.
