Learning How Things Were Done During The Civil War Era

At the 4th Annul Battle of Paris Landing Civil War Living History and Reenactment today and tomorrow at Paris Landing State Park.








Students from Murray, Kentucky learn how to do laundry and sewing the old-fashion way.

A beekeeper demonstrates techniques and the importance of bees during the Civil War era.

Schedule of Events

It's a perfect weekend for hay rides, chili pies, hot dogs, and hot cider.

Toss in a Civil War Battle reenactment,  some cannons firing, and an afternoon 1860s style tea party and it will become a truly memorable event.

Arts & Crafts Vendors Needed

Christmas By The Lake Arts & Crafts Show at Paris Landing State Park Inn. There will be over 30 booths full of holiday decor and home made craft items. This is a great chance to find that unique and personal gift for that special person in your life.
