Photo Contest Rules
We want your photos of the Paris Landing area to share on our website and Facebook page. Photos can include wildlife, people, sports activities, flora and fauna, clouds, landscapes, etc.
WHO MAY ENTER? Anyone!

RULES:
- The photo must have been made within a 8 mile radius of Paris Landing State Park.
- The photograph, in its entirety, must be a single work of original material taken by the Contest entrant. By entering the Contest, entrant represents, acknowledges, and warrants that the submitted photograph is an original work created solely by the entrant, that the photograph does not infringe on the copyrights, trademarks, moral rights, rights of privacy/publicity or intellectual property rights of any person or entity, and that no other party has any right, title, claim, or interest in the photograph.
- If the photo includes people, you must have their permission to post their photo on Facebook. - except for crowd shots of public events.
- Photos must be in jpeg format (which is what most photos are these days).
- Nothing naughty
- You must include a caption in the message box. Names, places, dates, etc.
- Winners of photos sent to us Sunday thru Saturday, will be posted the following week.
JUDGING & CONTEST PRIZES
- Weekly: Winners picked by the PLTL. Prize: Photo posted on our Facebook page and website with a photo credit.
- Monthly: Winners based on number of “likes” (1 point) and “shares” (2 points) on Facebook. Prize: Posted on our Facebook page and website with a photo credit.
- Annual: Every 12 months, ending May 31st, the winners of the previous months will be posted on our website and on Facebook. The winner will be based on the number of “likes” (1 point) and “shares” (2 points) on Facebook. Prize: Posted on our website and Facebook with a photo credit, plus $200.
