Saturday & Sunday at The Battle of Paris Landing Chili Cook Off & Civil War Living History

Soldier demonstrations. Marching, soldier life, chaplain duties, nurse tent, civil war doctor tent, blacksmith, doll and candle making and multiple local historians on-site!! 





Saturday: Chili Cook off, hay rides, cake walk, ladies tea party, vendors, PLTL Chili tent featuring bowls of chili, chili dogs and chili pies, story telling by local civil war historian. The Co. G 7th TN Cavalry : Civil War re-enactors will be on site both days for demonstrations: Infantry, Cavalry & Artillery! Blacksmith, candle and doll making! 

Larry Ray will present his history of the Battle of Paris Landing at 1 pm.





Night Firing Of Cannons Saturday at Dusk






Sunday: 10:00 AM church service at the large pavilion with a civil war chaplain.... time TBA!
