Dec 2, 2013

December at the Lake is an unusual time.  On the lake - most of the time - it's incredibly quiet.  There aren't many people here and the wildlife start to move back in and reclaim their territory.  The air is crisp, clean, clear and you can hear things you never noticed before way off in the distance.  It's a great time for walking on the beach, feeling the sun on your face, picking up unusual rocks, and seeing how far you can skip stones over the glassy, smooth water.

And just like everywhere else ...we're getting ready for Christmas so we've still got lots going on.  Please check our event schedule for Paris Landing and Paris at http://parislanding.org/
